The next full Bury Council Meeting is in the 7th December, come and see what is said!

On the 7th of December there will be a full meeting of Bury Council. We are hoping to get as many people as possible to attend the meeting to show the council that the residents of Prestwich are really interested in the Regeneration Plan and want to be engaged. Members of our forum will be there and will be looking to ask questions to the council on the redevelopment. This redevelopment will affect all of us and where we live for years to come, so come and hear what is being said and the questions been asked and make sure you have your say in this.

We would love to see you, so if you would like to attend the details of the meeting can be find here on Bury Councils website: Bury Council Agenda On the agenda, it asks that you email Julie.Gallagher@bury.gov.uk if you want to attend.  The council building is very easy to find and last time we attended the entrance was all illuminated although you may need to wait at the internal door if its locked until somebody lets you in. They will then direct you to the public gallery. The address for the building is Bury Town Hall, Knowsley Street, Bury, BL9 0SWIf you can’t make it, we understand, and we will let you know what was said and point you to the minutes of the meeting when Bury Council publish them and you can make your own mind up if you are happy with what is being proposed.
